Alvarado

Thoughtfully designed, rebuilt and styled inside and out by Flair Design Build.

Beautiful, boutique hotel-style mixes California Spanish details and fresh, modern elements. Upscale finishes include hardwood flooring, Carrara marble, mercury glass, flagstone walkways, and Talavera tile.

Two-year total rebuild involved completely reconfiguring the floorplan; creating a private compound with resort-like outdoor entertaining area; adding square footage for a more functional layout; converting a carport into a garage; and curating each piece for this fashionable home.

Velardo

Palm Desert, CA

This charming home was not so charming before meeting Flair Design Build. Once devoid of personality, it was re-imagined by Flair Design Build and now this home is reminiscent of an adorable Mexican villa.

In addition to having a personality, it now also has inviting Spanish Colonial touches, and unique finishes including butcher block countertops, authentic Talavera tile, and a copper kitchen sink.

Curb appeal was especially important for this transformation, and that was achieved by adding a beautiful entry courtyard with fountain, rustic tile roof, and curved stucco wall… just to name a few.

Ventura

Palm Springs, CA

This beautiful mid-century modern ranch house was completely refurbished, and turned into a move-in ready home.

Designed and remodeled by Flair Design Build, the home was transformed from a sad, neglected house into a cool, modern retreat with an emphasis on easy living and indoor-outdoor entertaining – everything you’d expect from a fab, Palm Springs pad.

Project highlights include high-quality upgrades throughout – inside and out, and creating a proper back yard entertaining area with pool, spa and a cabana room!
